Payment Policies

The tuition fees are due prior to the start of the academic year and payable in advance of attendance, at the start of each month. Tuition fees will be invoiced from the time of admission to ensure that payments can be processed before the start of the month. If your circumstances change, it is essential that you contact us in advance of the deadline so that we can guide you on available options. Please note, all tuition fees are in accordance with the fee structure established by WISE UAQ under the guidance of MOE established School Fee Framework.

Documents required for Admission:

• Copies of passport with stamped resident visa for child & sponsor
• Valid Emirates ID copy of child & sponsor
• Six passport size photographs
• A copy of vaccination card
• A copy of birth certificate Original Attested Transfer Certificate (Grade 2 onwards)
• Original report card (Grade 2 onwards)

Transfer Certificate Guidelines

• Students seeking admission and who are at present studying in any of the schools in U.A.E. should provide the “Transfer Certificate” attested by the Ministry of Education of their particular zone.
• Students from abroad should have the “Transfer Certificate” attested by the following departments:
  • Ministry of Education or the Education Board the school is affiliated with
  • Attestation of the District Education Officer (DEO)
  • Attestation of the UAE Embassy from your respective country
  • Attestation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the U.A.E
